2024 Volunteer T-Shirt Request

If you have signed up to volunteer for the 2024 Food Truck Rally,  and would like a volunteer t-shirt, please complete the form and we will make best efforts to provide the size you've requested.  SanMar, a 2024 sponsor, has graciously donated the t-shirts!

Shirt Pickup
Pickup at UCBMA Meeting:  If you plan on attending the monthly UCBMA meeting on Monday, June 3rd, please note that when completing the form.

Tuesday-Wednesday:  Shirts will also be available on June 4th and 5th at:

Food Truck Rally - June 7th:  Any remaining t-shirts not previously collected will be available at the Volunteer booth at the Food Truck Rally.
