2025 Food Truck Rally Vendor Application


We will be accepting Food Truck Vendor Applications starting February 5th, 2025.  Applications will close on February 28th, 2025. 


PLEASE NOTE:  All applicants will be notified by email on March 14th whether or not they have been accepted.   If accepted to participate, payment is due no later than March 28th. 


 
 








 

Event Guidelines for Food Trucks


 
 








 
  1. Event takes place on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11am - 10:30pm  - Rain or Shine.
  2. This event has approximately 40 food trucks and attracts between 10,000-12,000 attendees throughout the day.  Please plan for food accordingly.
  3. All payments for 2025 will be accepted online AFTER your truck has been approved as a vendor.
  4. Electricity will not be provided.  Each vendor will need to secure their own quiet generator for the event.
  5. Officials from the Fire Department and Health Department will do a walk-through inspection to ensure each vendor has proper proof of credentials and equipment. 
  6. Food Vendors may NOT sell beverages at the event.  This includes soda, water and alcoholic beverages.
  7. Vendors will be advised of their designated parking area the week of the event.
  8. The designated entry time for trucks begins at 8:30am.  Vendors will be able to park and unload at their space, but are asked to unload and remove vehicles as quickly as possible in order to prevent congestion before the next round of trucks enter.  All vehicles (other than food trucks) must be removed from the event area before 10:30am.  Vendors arriving after 10:30am will not be permitted entry.  Vendors should be ready to serve by 11am.
  9. The designated time for breakdown begins at 10pm, unless otherwise noted by Event Coordinators.  No vehicles will be allowed to leave or enter the event area until 10:30pm (exits are blocked).
  10. Staff reserves the right to dismiss any Vendor who displays disorderly conduct or food safety concerns.
  11. Vendors must provide their own night lighting.
  12. Each vendor is required to provide 1 menu item for public purchase during the event that is priced at $7 or below.  Given the size of the Food Truck Rally, smaller portions will allow attendees to sample more items and make it more cost effective for families with children. 
  13. All Food Trucks will participate in the Street Food Competition, where attendees will vote for their favorite truck.  
  14. Each Vendor is encouraged to promote this event through their own marketing outlets (including, but not limited to, social media, sharing with existing customers and/or your website).

In submitting this application, I agree to abide by the festival guidelines governing the "Union Centre Food Truck Rally" and hold festival producer, Union Centre Boulevard Merchants Association, plus West Chester Township and their employees, sponsors and volunteers, harmless for any resulting loss or damage occurring to any property.

  • Deadline to Apply:  Applications must be submitted by February 28, 2025
  • Cost to Participate:  $525
  • All applicants will be notified by Friday, March 14, 2025 if they have or have not been selected for this event.
  • Payment options will be communicated at that time, with credit card payment due March 28, 2025
  • UCBMA has the right to choose another vendor if payment is not made in a timely manner.

Each truck is required to have a QUIET generator for their power needs.  This is for the comfort of our guests and other vendors.  Please list your brand AND model number of your generator.

I attest that all of the information provided is accurate.  If, on the day of the event, I have shown that I provided inaccurate information, I will not be allowed to participate. 


This is a RAIN or SHINE event.  NO refunds will be provided.

2025 Food Truck / Vendor Payment

If you were selected for this year's food truck rally event, you will be notified by email on March 14, 2025.   If selected, payment is due no later than March 28, 2025.
